In this role, you will:


  • Engage with the business, as an expert in Planning Estimating Production System (PEPS) application to understand their operational need and provide support and advice of how to best implement the company systems (primarily PEPS) and work with the business to bring this into daily business operations 
  • Provide professional mentoring and guidance to other team members and define the standard for training within the PEPS application
  • Review business cases for changes to the PEPS application             
  • Promote the design principles of the PEPS application system within the business
  • Assist the business to produce guidance material and desk instructions to support the business processes as required

  • Capture Ideas / issues and communicate them to the business
  • Support the development and acceptance (User Acceptance Testing) of system changes


As our ideal candidate, you have:


  • A Bachelor’s degree level education
  • 4+ years’ experience in working in PEPS or a related application support environment
  • 2+ years’ experience of training and support management/delivery
  • A methodical approach to problem solving and ability to demonstrate close attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience working in a Project environment (asset)
  • Eligibility for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
