The Learning Support Trainer role is based within our Training business area.

The difference our new Learning Support Trainer will make

 

As a Learning Support Trainer you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will deliver Functional Skills to a caseload of learners within their place of work. 

 

Day to day, you’ll deliver learning sessions to include e-learning modules & 1 to 1 sessions in the learners workplace. You’ll also contribute to the evaluation of effectiveness of learning delivered. You’ll communicate with Regional Trainers & Training Managers to ensure progress is communicated and opportunities to contextualise the learning is explored with the Trainer.

Essential experience

  • Recognised teaching/training qualification at Level 3
  •  Qualified to Level 3 Certificate in Adult Literacy and/or Numeracy or Functional Skills at Level 2
  • Effective management of resources
  • Excellent presentation/facilitation/coaching skills
  • Training design and delivery experience
