Process Delivery Manager

About you

You will be a practical and passionate project delivery professional with significant demonstrated experience using Lean Six Sigma principles (or similar), who thinks outcomes and leads operational excellence initiatives with ease.

 

You will enjoy the opportunity to collaborate and lead by example, bringing your expertise to optimise and uplift Babcock’s process capability to support consistent delivery to our internal and external customers. 

 

About the role

Reporting to the Operational Excellence Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring best-practice and fit-for-purposes processes, procedures, tools, and systems are consistently implemented and applied across, primarily, the Babcock Marine programs.

 

You will work closely with programme/project teams to implement Operational Excellence derived process improvement projects, whilst contributing to, and deploying, the building of Operational Excellence capability and mindset across Babcock.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong understanding of business processes, delivery and mapping
  • Project Management and/ or Change Management experience and qualification
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (desirable)
  • Significant experience in management system design, development, implementation, diagnosis, and process improvement
  • Demonstrated competency in both the strategy and technology domains
  • Effective stakeholder engagement across a broad range of levels
