Excellent opportunity on offer for an experienced scheduler looking to work as part of our Digital Solutions business.

Who we are looking for?

A practical and enthusiastic individual who has experience of end to end project delivery in the information technology or defence sectors, as a Project / PMO scheduler, you will be a member of a growing Project Support team, and will work closely with our existing Planner and Scheduler, with your main focus being assurance & reporting. 

 

What will you be doing?

  • Working with the wider PMO and DS team to support project delivery
  • Develop/implement and maintain the Project structures (WBS/OBS/RBS/CBS)
  • Develop baselines and support in the maintenance of the bid, delivery and service schedules
  • Regular status updates of the schedules and the provision of metrics and analysis in support of the Project Support Lead.
  • Quality and assurance review of schedules and corrective action planning
  • Carry out schedule risk, variance and critical path analysis and report as applicable.
  • Work within the Project Support team to improve processes, procedures, and support for delivery. 

 

The experience you’ll bring 

  • Demonstrable awareness of software such as MS Project.  
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Project Server desirable
  • Confidence in the use of MS Office applications and in particular Excel
  • Keen eye for detail with ability to scrutinise data.
  • Knowledge of the full project lifecycle experience from bid phase through to close out.
