About the role


Purpose of role: To identify potential work based learners through promoting Government funded training schemes across multiple sectors. Friendly team and will need a motivated individual as will be working from home for the foreseeable future. We are a large FTSE 250 global organisation and within this role you will be making outbound calls to relevant business generating leads for our Emergency services and training division.

Top 4 Major Tasks and Activities:

 

  • Work towards daily, weekly and monthly targets, seeking to achieve and exceed individual and team targets across sites classed as – New Business, National Accounts or Account Management
  • Issue letters and promotional materials to interested employers with timetabled follow up calls
  • Ensure compliance to ARC procedures and processes
  • As directed by the ARC Management team, adhere to any National Account marketing campaigns

 

Additional Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Ensure compliance to funding body and other client contracts and to external assessment and quality procedures, including awarding bodies for ISO, Matrix, IiD, IiP and Ofsted
  • Identify and respond to the needs of customers, resolving queries where possible or passing effectively to colleagues.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.
  • Ensure adherence to all HS&E and security policies
  • Record all communications

 

Key Outputs / Deliverables:

 

  • Delivery of KPIs 
  • Achieve KPIs related to quality as directed by Line Managers
  • Ensure excellent customer service provision through quality KPIs

What else do I need to know?
