About the role

Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit a Receptionist to provide a high level of service delivery to the Client by managing the reception area in a professional and efficient manner.


Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing all calls and meeting and greeting visitors, ensuing they have correctly signed in for health and safety purposes.
• Monitor CCTV and security access controls
• Responsible for the co-ordination of incoming and outgoing post, arranging couriers where necessary, Managing and co-ordinating stationary ordering for all departments including PPE
• Supporting in facilities management and site checking, reporting any building issues that may arise including the raising of order numbers for suppliers
• To manage the booking of all meeting rooms within the building and to organise outside catering where necessary. Responsible for ensuring that Company provided refreshments (tea, coffee, milk) are in place, and also for advising on water cooler


What do I need to do the role?
You’ll need to be educated to GCSE level or equivalent


Would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:
• Experience with correct telephone manner and communication skills
• Experience of working within a reception.
• Experience of producing correspondence, reports and spreadsheets

What else do I need to know?
• The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
