About the role

 

Here at Babcock International we have a unique opportunity for a Success Factors Architect and Team lead to join our SAP team. This role is Portsmouth based, however will only require occasional travel to the office when required.

 

The SuccessFactors Architect & Team Lead is a critical role in the SAP Service and Programme organisation and is accountable for the design, configuration, analysis and support and delivery of the SuccessFactors services/solutions, including the related integrations and user interfaces to meet the business needs.

 

The SuccessFactors Architect & Team Lead is also responsible for the line management of the SuccessFactors service and delivery team.
Working closely with the Head of SAP Applications and the Business Process Leads /Owners to ensure delivery of the Neptune (SAP) Programme, Projects/Changes and Service to our customers.


What do I need to do the role?

 

You will have proven experience in line and team management of IT/ Success Factors Teams with experience of working on large SAP Programmes, Changes or SAP System Integrator. With an excellent understanding of business processes and integrations within HR / SF / SAP and related solutions required to deliver the service.

 

We would also like you to have;
•    A university degree or relevant experience in HR or Information Management.
•    SuccessFactors Certification Employee Central, LMS and Recruitment or equivalent
•    Proven experience of integration design, configuration and support of SuccessFactors and HR. (Boomi & CPI)
•    Excellent configuration and support knowledge of HR master data, structures, portlets and reports.

 

Lastly, you will have the ability to lead and manage teams including permanent, contract and third party employees who can be flexible and work analytically in  problem solving environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
