About the role


Here at Babcock we’re looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join the team on a fixed term contract. You will ensure the timely and accurate payment of all payees on all occasions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.


Main responsibilities include;
• Processing of weekly/monthly payrolls as assigned
• Efficient maintenance of employee files and payroll related data including new employee / leaver records
• Efficient Production and maintenance of weekly and monthly reports with accurate checking and reconciling of payroll reports before BACS run.
• Ensuring Statutory & Company Rules are correctly adhered to.


What do I need to do the role?


You will ideally have previous working experience within Payroll, along with strong office/administration experience and are comfortable using MS Office Skills (including Outlook and Excel).


SAP experience would be an advantage.

Lakeside, Portsmouth is a vibrant and accessible campus that has shops, restaurants, hairdressers and a nursery on site. It has parking for employees and runs a free shuttle bus from city centre trains and bus stops.
