Senior Bid Manager

Lakeside, Portsmouth

 

About the role

 

Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit a Senior Bid Manager to support the Head of Bids and Solutions in the application of the Business winning Methodology.

 

You will be responsible for ensuring the consistent management of capture and bid development whilst providing expert business winning knowledge and guidance across the sector.

 

You will also provide the development and management of bid strategies and creation of bid campaigns.

 

What do I need to do the role?

 

You will have experience of major bids with the ability to manage complex bid programmes and motivate teams.

 

A strategic thinker, you will have an ability to identify and articulate customer value, and analyse various forms of intelligence to develop strong value propositions.


You will also have experience with identifying business and corporate risks and be able to demonstrate financial and commercial awareness.

 

What else do I need to know?

 

This role may be considered for flexible working.

 

This role is likely to involve some travel to different sites across the UK.
