We service and maintain over 3,500 MPS vehicles from specialist workshops in Rainham, Park Royal and Woolwich.

 

The role

As a Quality & Engineering FEMA Lead you’ll provide monthly technical reports where you will pro-actively be collecting, collating and analysing technical information from SII / Quality control reports, embedded SME monthly activity, customer external quality control activity, diagnostic data and workshop compliance audits. You will supply our customer with required technical data reports as requested in Technical Information Updates and associated collaborative meetings.  

 

Your main duties will include:

-    Creating and distributing technical information updates to internal teams. This includes managing an annual register of required technical updates, creating and distributing ‘how to’ content over all sites and all departments (CCC / MMU / Workshops) both in person and with supported technology, 
-    Undertake reports and analysis of faults/failures making informed and insightful recommendations to initiative a pro-active response 
-    Assist with the ongoing development and refinement of technician training and up-skilling the workforce

 

Essential Experience
•    You must have a good understanding of Automotive Engineering 
•    We will need you to have an automotive engineering qualification  
•    Intermediate user of Excel – including v-look ups, pivot tables and trend analysis.
