About the role

Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit a Parts Technical Assistant.


• To receive and action orders for parts ensuring procedures and paperwork are followed according to current Tranman system.
• To stock items so that they are maintained at the correct level and that re-ordering is undertaken in a timely manner using the relevant computerised systems.
• To stock items so that they are kept in a good condition and are readily available for issue.
• To authorise the purchase of parts on orders not exceeding £500 and to also get authority for purchase orders of £500 and above.
• To maintain high standards of housekeeping, maintaining a safe working environment


What do I need to do the role?
You’ll need experience working in a Pressurised Environment, practical knowledge of Motor Vehicles and Part’s Department System (EPC’s)


What else do I need to know?
• The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
