Contact Centre Customer Advisor- Shifts

Park Royal, North West London



About the role


Here at Babcock we are looking to recruit a Contact Centre Customer Advisor on a permanent basis to work as part of our team working with the Metropolitan Police Service.

You will handle customer queries regarding the Metropolitan Police vehicle fleet and allocate resources accordingly.

This role is based on shift work: 4 days, 4 days off – days (6am-6pm) and nights – (6pm-6am)


What do I need to do the role?


  • Experience of call-handling within a fast-paced and pressurised environment
  • A personable, professional and driven individual with the ability to engage people at all levels.
  • The ability to work as both part of a team and at times, working autonomously whilst maintaining excellent time-management skills
  • Must have Microsoft Office Suite / good IT skills


What else do I need to know?


All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and be subject to satisfactory security clearance which includes 5 years reference checks. Verification of any qualifications/passport/licences must be shown at interview stage.
