This is an interesting, dynamic and rewarding role utilising specialist skills whilst operating within a small team, albeit being part of a much bigger international organisation.


Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a SE Supervisor who is people focused and worked within a fast-paced environment within a small team. Flexibility is key as the role can change quickly e.g. survival equipment supervisor and then next you will be aircraft marshalling or assisting students and cadets. You will require a good interpersonal skills and management experience would be very beneficial.

What will you be doing?
You will champion a total safety approach, ensuring full compliance at all times with all relevant health, safety and environment regulations and exercise a positive approach towards workplace health and safety promoting best practice, reporting bad practice and non-compliance and taking preventative action to ensure continual improvement in the organisation.

The experience you’ll bring 
•    RAF Safety Equipment Course or civilian equivalent
•    Management background
•    AV-MED 
•    Q-SE-AC (Helmet Fitting)

You must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role and will be required to gain an airside security pass for Glasgow International Airport.
