In this role, you will:


  • Provide high level of analytical support to the program management team and customers on  program delivery
  • Facilitate risk assessments in accordance with Babcock Canada Risk Management process and policy
  • Generate and compile data from multiple sources using various business intelligence tools and information management systems (CGR Foundation)
  • Compile, maintain and analyse risk management data in conjunction with the program manager to support reporting benchmarking and analytical requirements
  • Prepare various reports for performance reports and risk registry’s to assist with business communication and decision making
  • Interface with relevant stakeholders to understand business process related issues and facilitate innovative solutions to traditional problems.
  • Train stakeholders and system users in the correct operation of business tools, processes and procedures
  • Perform ad hoc audits and reporting of key business risks  pertaining to customer operations
  • Develop and distribute key process metrics and information to internal customers
  • Other duties as assigned


As our ideal candidate,


  • You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Risk Management, or Economics
  • You have 3-5  years’ experience in business support and/or program management
  • You have experience in an engineering environment is preferred
  • You have experience in project management is an asset
  • You have exceptional computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Primavera Risk. Strong spreadsheet modelling skills is preferred
  • You have strong analytical, quantitative, and investigative problem-solving abilities
  • You have highly refined communication, facilitation skills, strategic thinking, project management, negotiation and leadership abilities
  • You are knowledgeable of ISO 31000:2018 is an asset
  • You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
