In this role, you will:


  • Be accountable for all Integrated Business Planning processes and activities, including data collection, collation, verification, analysis and data management
  • Perform data analysis and make recommendations on future actions for consideration by senior management
  • Collate, verify and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities within the Integrated Business Plan
  • Produce reports, data sheets, regular updates and other materials covering resources (people, assets, materials, etc.) financial information, and new business requirements
  • Ensure and manage version control for all business planning activities and documentation
  • Contribute to the development of tactical business plans/strategies
  • Manage all source data and Integrated Business Planning tools and processes
  • Support scenario modelling by providing analytical expertise and tools as required to understand business opportunities and alternatives
  • Coordinate data collection and analysis activities to ensure compliance with the planning cycle process 
  • Design, develop, and implement processes, tools and reports


As our ideal candidate,


  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • You have at least four (4) years of relevant work experience
  • You have proven knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • You have quantitative analysis skills (Business forecasting and statistics)
  • You have demonstrated advanced capability with Microsoft Excel and Primavera P6
  • You have the ability to consolidate complex data/information into concise communication points
  • You are a self-starter, flexible, and able to work under pressure
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools would be considered an asset
  • You are eligible for Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearances
