In this role, you will:


  • Support a client group of professional employees located throughout Canada.
  • Coach and support management in areas of leadership development, performance and talent management, change management, employee engagement, human resources and communication.
  • Support the design, development and delivery of programs and processes such as orientation, onboarding, performance management, engagement, compensation, annual leadership and skills development review.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialists and supporting the business unit management in identifying recruitment strategies and resolving recruitment roadblocks.
  • Contribute to the continuous process improvement of the HR team and Business Unit by influencing human resources strategies, policies and methods.
  • Management and review of day-to-day human resources transactions.
  • Other duties as assigned.


As our ideal candidate,


  • You hold a Bachelor degree in human resources, industrial relations, organizational development or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of five (5) years’ of relevant experience in HR.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to communicate clearly and professionally via all means of communication and to a variety of customers.
  • You have experience in the creation, development and implementation of HR business solutions for a wide range of customers.
  • You are an individual who easily manages projects, collaborates and works in a team.
  • You are driven by results and have a clear vision on what a strategic HR Business Partner role is expected to be.
  • Experience working as a HR Business Partner in a changing environment is an asset.
  • You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance.
