In this role, you will:

 

  • Support the infrastructure team administratively
  • Allocate seating and management of seating chart
  • Invoice and financial tracking for the Infrastructure team
  • Create purchase orders and tracking for delivery (procurement management)
  • Key allocation, management and tracking
  • Furniture asset tracking
  • Assist in project management
  • Provide escort duties for contractors etc
  • Liaise with the landlord and/or contractors to facilitate repair and maintenance
  • Assist with new facility setup and infrastructure projects as required
  • Provide minor physical labour, including furniture movement and assembly
  • Other duties as assigned       

 

As our ideal candidate,

 

  • You hold a minimum of a High School Diploma
  • You have a strong administrative background
  • You understand basics of building functions and property management
  • You have Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Infrastructure experience would be considered an asset
  • You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
