About the role
Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit 2x Mechanical Technicians.

 

You’ll carry out scheduled maintenance and rectification on the Hawk platform, performing inspections and carry out technical instructions, maintain the highest of workmanship within a Mil 145 organisation and participate in aircraft recovery away from MOB and work abroad in support of Squadron detachments.


• Fault diagnosis and rectification of hawk mechanical systems
• Scheduled Maintenance tasks
• Requirement to carry out flight line duties including composite flight servicing, aircraft dispatch.
• Ensuring that the company Dignity and Respect at Work Policy is adhered to
• Ensure Company health, safety and environmental procedures are implemented and complied with at all times


What do I need to do the role?
You’ll need extensive military experience or equivalent in an aircraft technical role, NVQ level 3 (S&G 2675) or equivalent, a sound knowledge of Part M and 145 regulation, previous experience in similar role and a Full, Clean Driving Licence


What else do I need to know?
• The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
