The difference our new Strategy and Propositions Manager will make

 

As a Strategy and Propositions Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Reporting to the Strategy Director, the Strategy & Propositions Manager is a multi-faceted role responsible for working collaboratively with the business units and Future Business organisation in the coordination and implementation of projects that will both help develop and achieve the Sector strategy.

 

Day to day, you’ll will also support the continuous improvement of the operations of the Future Business organisation and growth operating model. This will include supporting the Strategy Director with performance management and reporting, strategy analytics and insight generation, internal communications, external propositions, and business case development.

This is a highly networked role that will require an ability to influence and work collaboratively with senior leaders and managers from around the business.
