Working as part of the small Group Reward team, under the leadership of the Group Head of Compensation, you’ll be responsible for leveraging data to equip leaders at Babcock to make informed, principled reward decisions: helping to ensure the fair treatment of employees, and improving the business performance of Babcock.

At Babcock, we have a history of helping talent go far. With our track record of innovation, you’ll continually develop your knowledge and expertise.

We offer flexible working to give people more options to better integrate their work and personal life, whilst ensuring that business needs are met. This role provides <insert hybrid working arrangement statement here>
