About the role
Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit a Technical Administrator.

 

The contract runs until 31st December 2021 with options for a further two years should they be taken. You’ll support the Engineering Control department with processing, recording and registering technical documentation. Babcock staff are fully integrated into the Engineering Control department and for day to day activities reporting directly to the military line manager, for Babcock related matters to the Babcock Site Manager.

 

• Processing all technical documentation as directed.
• Processing of all administrative paperwork as directed.
• Ensure all technical data is correctly and accurately recorded, registered and filed in accordance with department procedures.


What do I need to do the role?

You’ll need IT knowledge, Microsoft Office, good communication and numeracy skills and a good telephone manner.


What else do I need to know?
• The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
