Gymnasium Instructor - 36 month FTC
About the role

Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit a Gymnasium Instructor on a 36 month fixed term contract basis.


You’ll be responsible for delivering physical training as outlined within the contract and responsible for the day to day running of sports facilities.


• Delivering physical training as timetabled, actively seeking and developing new and varied initiatives.
• Maintaining buildings and equipment prepare for CO inspections and submit work services as required.
• Managing the Sports Store, signing in/out loan equipment and conducting monthly stock checks, ensuring all sports kit is laundered and prepared prior to use.
• Carrying out gym inductions and issuing swipe cards.
• Managing the gym and fixtures diary in conjunction with PEd Administrator.
• Publicising events around the station, promoting physical fitness and actively participating in the station Health and Wellbeing initiatives.
• Assisting with all routine administration.

What do I need to do the role?
You’ll need to educated to NVQ Level 3 in Personal Training or equivalent, Exercise to Music and be computer literate.


What else do I need to know?
• The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
