The Role

As a Senior Systems Integration Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge defence technologies that support strategic transformation across high-profile programmes. This is a dynamic opportunity to make a real impact—both on national security and your own career development.

You’ll work within our Mission Systems business unit, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and customers to design, build, integrate, and deliver innovative solutions. Your work will directly contribute to the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of military operations.

• Translating OEM information into integration and installation designs.
• Creating high-quality documentation including manuals, safety cases, and compliance packs.
• Developing Equipment and Installation Guidance Packages in line with MoD processes.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, ergonomics, HFI, and environmental standards.
• Supporting installation teams and reviewing technical deliverables for quality and traceability.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with up to 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home.

Essential Experience of the Senior Systems Integration Engineer

• Communicating confidently and effectively, with strong negotiation skills.
• Simplifying complex problems and delivering timely outcomes across multiple projects.
• Organising instinctively with meticulous attention to detail.
• Motivating teams to meet objectives and drive project success.

Qualifications for the Senior Systems Integration Engineer

• A minimum Level 4 (HNC) qualification in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for this role.
