The Team Leader role is based within our Civil Training business area.

The role

The difference our new Team Leader will make
As a Team Leader, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary.  Your collaboration between all stakeholders involved the Military Police Apprenticeship will ensure that learners receive a positive experience and embrace the development of the wider team

 

Day to day, you’ll be esponsible for the management and development of the Military Police Apprenticeship Team. as well as effectively managing the implementation of resources, ensuring all learning assets are accessible and available to staff and learners.

Essential experience

•    Police experience (Armed Forces-Army/RN)
•    Senior military background
•    Proven experience of managing staff at team leader level to maximise productivity and implement change
•    A1 (Assessor) and/or IQA qualification is desirable
•    Creates and drives forward a culture that achieves positive results
•    Must hold or have ability to obtain SC security clearance
