The HTP 3 Training Coordinator role is based within Defence Training.

 

The role

The difference our new HTP 3 Training Coordinator will make

 

As a HTP 3 Training Coordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will support of the Training Manager to plan and co-ordinate the required training modules to support the overall delivery of the Project’s Training Plan.

 

Day to day, you’ll assist in the preparation, maintaining and presentation of the Main Training Plan (MTP) In conjunction with the Project Assistant (PA). With the PA, you will also produce Request for Quotes (RFQ) ensuring they are within the constraints of a workable pipeline for the delivery of training requirements as outlined with the SOW.

 

You will be responsible to produce, issue and maintain individual student programmes, plans and course/student Quality Assurance (QA) documentation.

Essential experience

•    It is desirable for you to have Hunter Ship experience 
•    Royal Navy training experience ideally or you will be an ex Royal Navy applicant 
•    Coordinating training will be available whether you are in the Navy or an external applicant
•    You will need to have a Methodical Approach 
•    Experience in Microsoft Office 
•    You will need to hold Instructional techniques to Level 3 or above 
•    Training opportunities will be available
•    We would like you to have Coordination experience 
•    You will need to be IT literate and an excellent team player
•    Excellent communication and written skills

•    You will need to satisfy security requirements. This may require you to hold or be eligible/capable of achieving ‘Security Check’ (SC) clearance.
