The role
As a Business Support Advisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll have the opportunity to work on various projects on site, liaising with a variety of internal stakeholders. which will give you a wide exposure to the business. This is a diverse role with opportunities to grow and develop.
Day-to-day, you’ll be part of a team that will support the wider business for effective and timely delivery of major projects within the organisation.
- Establishing an effective network within the business, building strong relationships and providing a customer service focus.
- Assisting colleagues in reviewing how the company systems are implemented to achieve the requirements of the business.
- Supporting bespoke training and demonstrations to individuals or groups within the wider business.
- Implementing company systems in responses to ad-hoc requests or regular updates.
- Providing triage business requests to support the team in incident response and resolution.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.
Essential experience of the Business Support Advisor
- An awareness/understanding of why business processes are fundamental to the success of an organisation.
- Driven to see work through from concept to completion in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in working as part of a project, production or commercial team delivering complex projects.
- A methodical approach to problem solving and ability to demonstrate close attention to detail.
Qualifications for the Business Support Advisor
- A Levels, NVQ Level 3, equivalent qualification, or equivalent experience in either Engineering, Business or Manufacturing.

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
