The role

The difference our new Business Support Officer will make
As a Business Support Officer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will control access to site and be the first point of contact providing a friendly efficient service for visitors.


Day to day, you will be issuing visiting passes and PPE. You will also ring stakeholders and book meetings.

We offer flexible working to give people more options to better integrate their work and personal life, whilst ensuring that business needs are met. This role is based onsite at Capenhust. The successful candidate must be able to work both shift patterns to ensure the operation is covered from 7.30-5.30 each day. Shift patterns are 7.30-4.30pm / 8.30-5.30pm.  The successful candidate will also be provided with IOSH and SA(Security) qualifications.


Essential experience:

•    Ability to have a professional manner

•    Relationship building skills 

•    Organised

•    Able to demonstrate resilience and remain calm under pressure

•    IT literate – use of inhouse system and phone

•    Ability to be confident in the use of MS Excel
