Quantity Surveyor
Minley, Camberley or Chatham, Kent

Here at Babcock International we currently have the opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to be based at either Chatham or Minley.
This traditional QS role is an exciting opportunity for Part Qualified persons who can be trained and seeking to learn in their first role or an experienced individual who is looking to develop their existing skills.
You will be working on a mixed portfolio and multiple challenging projects ranging from new builds to refurbished buildings with some being Grade listed.
The successful QS will be responsible for the management of cost and expenditure on building related projects across the contract, including construction related procurement and contract management activities.


What do I need to do the role?
• Degree qualified in quantity surveying or comparable discipline
• Full membership (chartered) of RICS or similar professional body
• Experience of client facing roles, and able to demonstrate high level of technical delivery
• High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages
• Hold a driving licence suitable for use in the UK
