The Maintenance Manager role is based within our Defence Training business area.

 

The role

The difference our new Maintenance Manager will make
As a Maintenance Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be responsible to ensure assurance and performance outputs are delivered in line with contractual and legal obligations.

 

Day to day, you’ll be carrying out all day to day management and direction of the maintenance team, to ensure an effective regime of planned and reactive maintenance is delivered across the Minley estate.

Essential experience

•    Trade or People Management NVQ, C&G qualification
•    Detailed demonstrable knowledge of building services systems and design  
•    Good level of knowledge and understanding in health and safety in the built environment
•    Experience in successfully delivering small/medium maintenance projects and proven track record of building, developing and leading teams in maintenance management
•    Hold a driving licence suitable for use in the UK
•    Must hold or have ability to obtain BPSS security clearance
