About the role


Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit a Fleet Administrator to join the Phoenix team and provide administrative support to a wide variety of vehicle focused activities including scheduling, maintenance and incident management.

 

You will be responsible for delivering clear and accurate information to the customer, inputting accurate data and maintaining a professional relationship whilst delivering to tight deadlines.

 

You will also be accountable for validating legal and compliance data on the businesses IT System and work within the SMR&I Team leading fleet management service to customers worldwide.

 

 

What do I need to do the role?

 

  • You must have experience in the fleet or automotive industry
  • You will be educated to GCSE level and demonstrate IT literacy including good Excel skills
  • You will also be a confident, tenacious and reliable individual with the ability to manage own and others’ time, prioritising workload and paying high attention to detail
  • You will have excellent communication skills in order to engage with internal and external stakeholders and you will be able to understand and manipulate large amounts of data

 

  • You must be eligible to hold Security Clearance
