About the role

Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit a Compliance Auditor.

There are two main aspects of the role:

  1. Auditing internally throughout the organisations. These are very different types of businesses. You’ll be responsible for safeguarding the business for all contractual obligations.
  2. Training employees either face to face or via webinar from 2-60 colleagues.

Other duties will include but won’t be limited to:

  • Producing the reports to be presented to board level.
  • Be responsible for keeping the funding requirements compliant.
  • Attending operation meetings

External auditors from the Government will come in twice a year and take the lead. EU audits will stay 3 years after Brexit so we need to be prepared for this.

What do I need to do the role?

You need to be able to hit targets and be very self-managed as this is an independent role.

What else do I need to know?

  • The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
