About the role
Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit a Learning Designer.

The Babcock London Fire Brigade (LFB) Training Partnership provides a range of training and development programmes for all levels of the Service.

The main purpose of your role is to create training content for the London Fire Brigade.

Top 4 Major Tasks and Activities:
• Manage learning projects from end to end, using effective project and stakeholder management techniques to ensure projects are delivered on time, to a high quality standard, and within agreed budgets.
• Create accurate storyboards and communicate relevant and timely information to the stakeholders and subject matter experts in a way that inspires and engages them in the desired learning solution
• Revise and re-write existing course content in response to stakeholder / delegate feedback
• Create performance and assessment tools to help demonstrate return on investment and value of learning solutions in relation to capability development


What do I need to do the role?
You’ll need instructional design experience – end to end training solutions (any industry), experience in generating learning options/ best practice learning principles and managing multiple priorities and timelines

What else do I need to know?
• The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
