About the role

Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit an Initial Force Protection Training Administrator on a 52 week fixed term contract. 


We are looking for an engaging and proactive Administrator to support the team and ensure the training programmes are qualifications for all recruits are loaded and recorded efficiently.

You’ll report to the Administration Manager but work alongside the customer and their team in a day to day setting.
•    The administration of recruit examinations held on TAFMIS. 
•    Course loading and administration for the BRTC (R)
•    Recording for all Phase1 recruit qualifications on a database.  
•    Maintaining and archiving all recruit documentation iaw TW SOP’s and AP3242C also annual checks of all filed documentation.
•    Prepare all pre-course documentation and administer the BRTC intakes prior to arrival.
•    To ensure that all RAF Reserve BRTC reports are consolidated and delivered within 5 days of course completion 
What do I need to do the role?
You’ll need good knowledge of general office administrative processes and activities.


Would also like you to hold experience in the following:
•    TAFMIS experience (desirable but not essential)
•    Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office – particularly Microsoft Excel
•    Knowledge of the military environment (desirable bit not essential)


What else do I need to know?
•    The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
