Zero Hour Learning & Development Trainer
About the role

Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit a Zero Hour Learning & Development Trainer.


You’ll provide effective and efficient training packages in accordance with the Client requirements on sites away from Severn Park if required.


• Preparation of course training plans to the standards set out.
• Delivery of training to the quality, health & safety standards.
• Undertake duties associated to ensure efficient and effective associated training is available and suitable in line with safe working systems.
• Undertake duties associated with implementing, enforcing and policing safe working systems, for the control of site activities.
• Ensure with others all aspects associated with establishing legislative and operational compliance for HS&E, Quality and Information Assurance, developing processes and procedures to implement and maintain SOP’s and Risk Assessments.


What do I need to do the role?

You’ll need previous experience of delivering training face to face, IOSH Accredited, IT Qualification for Microsoft Office and PTTLS, or Cert Ed, or similar.


What else do I need to know?
• The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
