Wayleave Easement Officer

About the role

 

Here at Babcock International, we’re looking to recruit a Wayleave Easement Officer to join the team being responsible for the following;

 

• Liaise with the Client’s Land & Development Officer and Grantors to determine the formal access routes and what issues there are in using them.
• Take instruction from the Site Engineering Staff regarding the capability and timing of access requirements.
• Maintain good relations with the Client, Grantors and Third Parties informing them of any changes to programme that will affect them and responding to any queries they may have.
• Work closely with the Construction team ensuring issues are resolved and the programme is not delayed.

 

What do I need to do the role?

 

You will have good management skills and a full UK driving licence.

 

A good knowledge of construction contracting, and previous site experience would be desirable.

 

What else do I need to know?

 

To carry out this this role it may be necessary to work away from home depending on the site location, therefore extensive travelling / driving would be required.
