About the role

Supporting two leaders, you will primarily focus on extensive diary management including arranging meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties and responding to invitations along with international and domestic travel. 

Further to this, you'll become a trusted business partner to your Executive and wider executive team, making decisions on behalf of the Executive and being a credible right-hand to those you support.

Suited to a proactive and driven individual with a “can do” attitude. You pride yourself on your ability to go above and beyond to ensure the business objectives are met, this role will involve providing a high quality and efficient support service to key stakeholders and other assistants whilst managing monthly management reports and reconciliation of invoices from Accounts Payable.


Note - this role can be based from Adelaide of Canberra.


Ideally you will have

You have a background in executive support for senior leadership and are tech savvy with strong skills in both Adobe Programs and MS Office suites. You have exceptional client relationship and communication skills with a high level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters. You hold strong business acumen with the ability to make sound judgement and quick decisions whilst operating in a fast paced environment.
