About the role

The Program Management Office (PMO) Manager will drive the development and implementation of an integrated performance measurement baseline for a significant program currently in mobilisation. As an integral member of this program, you will have oversight of continuous improvement initiatives, and oversee cross-functional resources that ensure the program’s success. Working in close partnership with the Program Manager, you will shape the earned value management system, contract master schedule, and develop the risk register for the program.

 

About You

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in program management within a large, complex matrixed organisation. You will be experienced in building from the ground up, and thrive working in a dynamic and evolving environment. You will leverage your expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and cross-jurisdictional teams to ensure the effective delivery of the baseline measurement for the program, and associated requirements.
