About the role
 

The Corporate Receptionist is the face to our brand and provides effective and professional service to those who engage at our Babcock’s Regional Support Centre.  Being the first point of contact, you will be required to create a professional and capable image to all visitors whilst maintaining our corporate suites. Some duties are, but not limited to:
 

  • Greet visitors and maintain security and Visitor Management sign-in procedure
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Extensive coordination of Outlook multiple meeting room bookings and calendars
  • Coordinate and book catering for meetings and functions
  • Completion of expense claims and additional administrative duties.
  • Mail sorting incoming / outgoing mail coordinating and booking courier collections 
  • Present the Reception desk and waiting area to a high standard
  • Compile new starter packs for Regional Support Centre employees

 

Ideally you
 

Are collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You’re a problem solver by nature and undertake routine duties with enthusiasm, diligence and application.
 

You come with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with all levels of staff, as well as external agencies such as contractors and suppliers to achieve high levels of service.
 

You also hold sound administrative and organisational skills, including strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise work with a positive attitude.  Along with this, being competent in MS Outlook and the MS Suite in general will see you successful in role.
