About the Role
Due to an internal transfer, we are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our high – performing team supporting our Marine business.
Our Marine business delivers innovative marine capabilities and technical solutions for navies and commercial entities around the world, and this is a great opportunity to contribute to the financial success of the contract!
This role will ensure timely and accurate entry and review of high-volume invoices and provide proactive management and resolution of invoice queries and outstanding invoices including the timely reconciliation of supplier statements.
You will manage weekly and ad hoc supplier payment and perform appropriate due diligence and maintain accurate supplier data.

To be successful, you will bring:
- Australian Citizenship.
- Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Computer literate and skilled in the use of MS Office software (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Experience with high volume Accounts Payable processing experience in a large company with multiple legal entities or multiple currencies.
- Experience with IFS, Sage or Pagero is highly desirable.
